All orders are sent with Signature Required, meaning if you are not home when delivery is attempted, our courier partners will take this to a nearby Post Office.
Either a text message will be sent to you or a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising where the parcel can be collected.
If you would like to change your delivery to have to Authority to Leave, this can be done via your Australia Post app.
If Authority to Leave is selected, in some cases the courier may still deem the location "not suitable for safe drop". This is the discretion of the Courier driver at the point of delivery.
